This competition is FREE to enter. Entries can be made by visiting the www.britainsbestbreaks.tv/competition page and by submitting an answer to the current competition question. To enter the competition you must also submit your name, age range, contact address details, and a valid email address.
The competition prize is provided by Thorpe Lodge, Skipton, in the Yorkshire Dales (Provider). The competition is promoted and operated by UK Travel Media Limited (Promoter), based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
The prize is for a 2 night short break for two people, including breakfast, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw and replace the competition prize if necessary and replace it with an alternative prize.
No cash alternative is available, in full or in part. It has no cash value and is not negotiable.
The deadline for receiving entries is 5:00 pm (GMT) on Tuesday, 30th September 2008. All entries with the correct answer will be placed in a prize draw, from which the winner will be selected at random.
The winner will be notified by email on Friday, 3rd October 2008.
Entries failing to comply with the terms of entering the competition will not be accepted. No correspondence will be entered into concerning this competition. By entering the competitions, it will be deemed that you have accepted and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of entering the competition.
The right is reserved by both the Provider of the competition prize, and Promoter to publish the winner's name, home, towns and photographs in future promotions.
Contact names, addresses, and email addresses of all entrants to the competition will be provided to the Provider of the Competition who may wish to contact entrants at a later date. The Promoter may also use this information to contact entrants with news of products or services which we feel may be of special interest. Contact information will not be passed on to any third party outside of the competition if the entrant ticks the Data Protection Field when submitting their entry.
No person who is under 18 years of age will be eligible to receive a prize. Employees of Thorpe Lodge, UK Travel Media Ltd, their printers, advertising agents, and their families are not eligible to take part.
The winner will be announced and notified by e-mail only, on Friday, 3rd October 2008. The winner's name will be available on or after this date.
